State of Nebraska Awards Custodial Services Contract to Midwest Maintenance
The State of Nebraska awards a multiple-year Custodial Services Contract to Midwest Maintenance. This contract includes the Nebraska State Office Building, Transportation Services Bureau, the Executive Building, 501 Building, Records Management, Nebraska State Laboratory, Nebraska State Patrol Criminalistics Laboratory, and the Whitehall Campus. This contract encompasses 657,000 cleanable square feet. The contract started February 1, 2010.
MHES Operations Director and Operations Manager Receive Designation
Midwest Healthcare Environmental Solutions (MHES) a division of Midwest Maintenance congratulates Deborah L. Williams, MHES director of operations and Carmen Reyna, MHES operations manager of Midwest Maintenance’s hospital division for their honorary RBSM designation. Each took an extensive eight-hour exam to evaluate their skills and ensure their knowledge of industry standards and trends. Deborah and Carmen are the first of MHES division level employees to earn this recognition. Deborah Williams previously received her Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional (CHESP) in 2007.
2010 Launches New Cash For Contacts Program With a new year at hand Midwest Maintenance introduced a new program to its employees. Cash for Contacts is a new program that gives each employee an opportunity to provide a contact name as a referral to our sales team. If the referral leads to a new client that employee will receive $100 cash! Congratulations to Ryan Meyer and Linda Cavin who are the first to received a cash payout for their referrals.
